This is an example of the REO projects in which the Tomblin Realty Group specializes. We locate distressed properties in areas that have potential for value added development and rehabilitate them. The Highgrove Development is an unincorporated area of Riverside County located on the outskirs of the City of Riverside. Highgrove itself is a small community of only about 2,400 residents which has it's own elementary school, library, a historic old orange grove wherehouse, a lumber yard and a handful of small businesses along the main road of the town as well as a fire station. Major employment and economic base is from the surrounding large cities of Riverside, Corona, Colton, Fontana and Ontario.
